Idiots, Idiots, everywhere
Once upon a time, polite, courteous creatures inhabited our landâ¦they were known as people. They treated one another with respect. They were honorable, kind, neighborly and giving. âYes Maâamâ, âNo Sirâ, âAfter youâ, âthank youâ, âYes, pleaseâ, âBut of courseâ, âYouâre welcomeâ, âPardon Meâ, were all phrases of the day. While there werenât many of them, people who were discourteous were looked down upon, even ostracized.
Have you observed behavior that you just couldnât believe? Have you ever been irritated by something that seemed downright idiotic? Have you ever done something that in hindsight you thought was simply stated, stupid? I haveâ¦and I believe there are Idiots everywhere, and there is a little bit of Idiot in all of us.
